Reports To:                Emissions Manager

Job Narrative:            Data Analyst is responsible for property data entry,  analysis, and report generation.  Responsibilities include data entry, collecting and monitoring client responses, producing analysis reports.  Data Analyst reports to Emissions Manager for operational responsibilities.
