Overview

EnviRelation is looking to fill Operations Manager (OM) positions for its composting services in new operating regions.  The OM is an exciting and challenging position, best suited for confident and disciplined self-starters.  OMs oversee the daily composting operations, from staffing and scheduling to emergency management or daily reporting and customer management.  OMs must be able to operate in an unstructured environment with high expectations for performance.  EnviRelation welcomes applicants with a true hunger to succeed and a professional attitude.

Job Narrative:            Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for managing daily operations and for assigned special projects.  Operational responsibilities include route planning and scheduling, vehicle maintenance, driver staffing and training, fueling, delivering containers, and overseeing the execution of any operational duty.  OM is also responsible for regular reporting requirements.  Drivers, helpers, and other workers report to OM.  OM reports to MM.
